Dean – Thanks for thinking that was a great post! And yes, I’m assuming that the buyer has already been through the pre-approval process and is ready to actively search for homes.

Btw…item 1 on your list is, by far, one of the most pressing and important issues on the table right now. Every Realtor should be aware of this issue and it’s potential implications should it spread and more importantly, voicing their opinion about it in order to stop NAR from screwing us all.

Danilo I agree with the IDX being a huge issue, but somehow I just really dont see them enforcing this on a large scale. I just have to believe its going to get worked out and rules will be changed because it is so ridiculous .
