Do you remember what you were doing a year ago? I do, I was waiting at 4am for the new Dunkin’ Donuts to open in Mesa. Growing up in New England, Dunkin’ Donuts was as much a part of my every day life as heat is in Arizona. After being here for 2 years with no DD’s it was a great day when they did their relaunch.
This week DD’s is celebrating the 1 year anniversary by offering 50-cent medium hot of iced coffees through August 21st in all 26 of their Valley locations. In my opini0n Dunkin’ Donuts has the best coffee in the world. The only thing better than a DD hot coffee is a DD iced coffee.
What does this have to do with real estate? Well if you are out looking at houses on this hot summer day, what better way to cool off than with a 5o-cent iced coffee. I have already had two today.
