There are a couple of things I always agree with @PhxREGuy about, UT football (Hook ‘em Horns), Republican politics and bad or no pictures in the MLS. Well this is one picture I thought of Jay immediately when I saw it.
This picture was from the MLS on a $360,000 Phoenix short sale. I see so many bad pictures a day this could become a weekly feature, maybe starting next week every Friday we will do the bad MLS picture of the week. Or if I get enough people to do them maybe I can add it to my daily Top 5 post, add in bad picture of the day. So if you have any bad pictures and you want to send them to me please do.

Well – I can’t tell what’s worse, the artwork or the books scattered all over! It screams very culture loving like! Ha.
Justin, I said dont look. In your current condition you dont need to be seeing that.
Candace it is one thing for them to have the art work in the house, fine I understand everyone has different taste. But what was the agent thinking? How bad could it have been from the other angle?
And makes you wonder exactly what those books were on the bed.
It is just sad when it would take all of 34 seconds to move the books. LAZY

I’ve started collecting bad MLS pics, too! So much fun.
Tell me I’m not the only agent that moves things around for pictures? I’ve been know to stuff things in the oven and microwave, whatever it takes. It’s also helpful to remember to take things out but…whatever. As for the artwork, I just wonder what she’s growing in there?
As a side note, I had a “client” who I had only met once or twice before and she was so excited when I was at her house to show me the life sized nude painting of herself that she had hanging over her bed (think Titanic). [blushes]
