Way to be Debbie Downer on the 8k tax credit!
You are not invited to the 8k-tax-credit-extension-party at ACORN headquarters anymore.
Oh, and the stubble makes you look like Bruce Willis.
Kinda.

Sure when we are rich like you and your other lender buddies are…. giving all these people 8k is no big deal then….
Stubble… hmm yea I think it needs to go soon
I don’t think it should be renewed it did what it was intended to do and has moved a lot of off the fencers buyer’s let’s face it home values are a bargin interest rates on fha are under 5% for a 30 year ,this wais a once in a lifetime opportunity don’t saddle everybody long term for short term gain .
It might be time to invest in gilette stock next as it seem ’s there is a lot of pent up demand.
Dean – Great video. As someone who doesn’t like the idea of it being renewed, I agree. Nice to see you in video format after having actually met you face to face. With the recent spate of “it has been extended” reports (that are false), this topic is a hot one for me right now.
