Hey Dean!
I am a rocket scientist and I think the reason that the home is not selling is because:
a. It is overpriced
b. It is undermarketed
c. Both
That’s just my objective, rocket scientist opinion!

Nice technique. Do it more. The cutting back and forth is a lot more engaging than just wondering if you’re going to get killed while talking and driving.
