Video 57: I have been working with a client as a buyer in a Tempe short sale. I tried to explain to them the frustration of purchasing a short sale before we ever made the offer, but they still are frustrated after only 4 weeks. Either I didn’t do a good enough job, or they were not really wanting to believe what I was saying. When you buy or sell a short sale you need patience.
