Election year. Blech. Could be what gets the tax credit extended again, but I&#039;m sticking with my prediction it won&#039;t be.

I could however, be completely wrong.

The Realty Times article was good, but I just have to be a little self-serving and point out I wrote a similar article almost 11 months ago. That means nothing of course, I just like it when I beat a &quot;news source&quot; to the punch (granted, this is an &quot;evergreen&quot; topic and not really news, but still, it makes me smile).
