Thanks John, I went to do that this week… and realized my $300 camera doesnt even have an external mic jack.

I agree. Negotiating a sales commission with the buyer after the contract is already accepted and the seller has agreed to pay you x amount is super-bizarre. Strange how it keeps popping up. From now on, I will send them a link to this video! Thanks.
