Video 89: There is an easy way you can make the home shopping experience much smoother and more enjoyable for both yourself and your agent. Give your agent a 24-hour notice of the houses you want to see and don’t show up at the last minute with more listings. Often times the agent needs to call and get permission to show the house and do research. The agent can also lay out a route that will save time so you are not criss-crossing the city back and forth.
