Not really a blog post, but about time someone went after those who are stripping the foreclosure homes.</p>
<p>2) Many Realtors suck &ndash; That is honestly why I got into the business. <p>4) <a href="http://www.truliablog.com/2009/06/09/trulia-talks-to-mike-phillips-named-the-1-real-estate-agent-in-the-country-by-the-wall-street-journal/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Trulia talks to Mike Phillips &ndash; Named the #1 real estate agent in the country</a> &ndash; Mike did over almost 1200 sides last year and gives most of the credit who what he is doing on the Internet.</p>
<p>5) <a href="http://lansner.freedomblogging.com/2009/06/10/home-prices-fall/25241/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Two more years of home-price declines?</a> &ndash; Yale economics professor Robert Shiller said he thinks home prices will continue to decline for the next two years. This is a good example of all real estate is local. In Phoenix I am doubtful that prices could go down much lower and we have now seen two months of actual price increases.</p>

Dan Green says if your bank doesn&rsquo;t allow it there is an easy fix, find a new bank.</p>
