Video 33: Rates change quick, just because you got a mortgage rate quote three hours ago does not mean that rate can still be met now. If you get a mortgage rate quote you like, be ready to lock it in. Mortgage rate sheets come out anywhere from 2-to-4 times a day and each sheet means a change in the rates.
