10) Virtual REBarcamp – What one agent thought of the event – Unfortunately I was unable to attend this REBarcamp virtually, but I had very much wanted to. After reading this post it looks like it was mostly a success and something to build off in the future. What I am hoping is in the future these become more advanced and separate themselves from the IRL barcamps which tend to be more for beginners.

2) First time buyer tax credit will it be extended? – There is a lot of talk about extending the first time home buyer tax credit. Then again not everyone thinks it should be extended.

3) Over-updated, under-updated – When making improvements to your home make sure you are making them in the right area.

4) Wading through the online real estate minefield – Just because you can find homes online and on different websites does not mean the information you are finding is accurate.
