The Coventry Tempe gated community in South Tempe’s 85284 zip code is one of the most desirable communities in South Tempe. On the southwest corner of Elliot and Rural, Coventry Tempe is a convenient location to shopping, Motorola and the ASU Research Center.
The Tempe Covenant community was built from 1997 through 1999 and is the home to 226 houses that average 2.820 square feet in size. The community is part of the Kyrene Elementary School District and Tempe Union High School District. You can view homes for sale in Coventy Tempe here.
